Hello Friends,

As you may recall, a few months ago we opened up our publishing parameters to included women writing horror, and after months of diving deep into manuscripts, we have found the perfect gem.

I am so excited to officially announce that we will be publishing What Feeds Below, by Tatiana Schlote-Bonne, a YA Horror Fantasy about a 17 year old orphan girl who works as a tour guide, taking the rich and greedy into the depths of a cave filled with monstrous creatures and very active flora and fauna. This is a story about a young woman who has to find her strength and it has so many of my favorite elements (INCLUDING QUICKSAND). It's beautiful. It's horrifying. It's an adventure and I cannot WAIT for you all to be able to read it.

Many of you have already asked when you can pre-order. It probably will be at least a few months, but I will keep you posted on when it's available to add to your shelves on Goodreads or Storygraph and when pre-orders start!

During the next few months, you will see me making a more noted push for paid subscribers and I want to explain the reasoning behind this: I want to grow this community and I want to grow our publishing imprint to be able to publish 4 books per year (the ideal breakdown for me would be 2 horror books written by women and 2 adult/Ya fiction books written by Indigenous authors).
